Virtual Vino LIVE is about creating “Word-of-Mouth on Steroids” for Wineries.  Our entire concept is built around using Social Media to improve AWARENESS, ENGAGEMENT, INTERACTION, and SALES for Wineries located in the Pacific Northwest.  Our approach is unusual, innovative, and extremely VIRAL.

Benefits of participating in the show…

  • We host a LIVE, UNscripted internet show where a group of “Celebrities” from around the Pacific Northwest (and beyond), with palates that normally drink high end, expensive wines, get the opportunity to taste wines under $75 and give the audience their feedback.  This isn’t some snooty, uppity, sommelier type show and review either.  Nope, we focus on capturing our Celebrities real opinions in real time – UNedited, UNscripted, and UNcorked.  This is your market.
  • The show is recorded live and then posted on the Virtual Vino LIVE website so anyone can view it and share it freely at any time.  And you can watch it as many times as you like and freely share it with your friends.  Our goal is to help as many people as we can see the show and both learn as well as purchase these great wines.  We have the process and incentive for others to share this freely and for it to go “viral”.
  • We have spent 5 years in Social Media – all with a focus of creating “viral Word-of-Mouth”.  All aspects of the show create their own opportunity to share the word about a show and your wines.  We have the potential, with each show, of reaching tens of thousands of “potential buyers” through a variety of ways, some of which are…
    • We will be sharing “pre” and “post” content about the show on our blog(s) and other social media channels such as twitter, facebook, etc. (Over 40,000 followers to date).
    • Our Celebrities will be sharing on their networks about their experience on the show and naming your winery in their messaging.
    • The Wineries (you) will want to share freely in both your “traditional” and “social” media channels about your participation on the show to get people to watch and purchase your wine.
    • The non-profit Charity and Foundation organizations will want to get their name out there as they are being promoted by the celebrities and will want to share it freely.
    • Viewers of the show will share with their followers and audiences when they see something of value in the show to steer others toward the specific shows, based on the particular wines.

What it takes to participate…

  • Admission fee to be on the show is ONLY $250 a session (up to 3 shows).  However, for a limited time (next few months) we are WAIVING THE ENTRANCE FEE our “early adopters” – that’s right, you can participate with your wines for FREE.  This isn’t going to last long so if you are interested, contact us and let us know you would like to participate.
  • Four to six bottles of the wine which we will be tasting on the show, sharing with the Celebrities, and giving away to others connected to the show for promotional purposes.
  • Agreement to offer a 20% discount to the viewers of the show that contact you and give you our “Show Discount Code”.
  • Agreement to pay Virtual Vino LIVE 15% of the gross wine sales (after viewer discount) from those purchasing your wine and using our “Show Code”.  Coupons are valid for 6 months from the date of the show.  We donate a percentage of our sales back to the Charities that were represented on the show so you don’t have to worry about that detail.
  • We use the “Honor System” with each winery.  This means we ask the wineries to track their sales from our Show Discount Codes and then compensate Virtual Vino LIVE accordingly.  Since we are experts in the area of “sharing” and “social media” we know this won’t be an issue.
  • Details about your winery, the wines we will be tasting, any “interesting” information you would like to have shared during the show, on our blog, and through our other social media channels, such as Twitter.
  • Interviews (optional) with us so we can post pictures, videos, and blog posts about you, the winery, winemakers, and others to further connect our audience to your winery.
